All About Me

Hi! I’m Mariel, the maker behind Cosmic Crafts. I’m an interior designer and professor by day, but outside of that, you’ll usually find me with a book in hand, rewatching comfort shows, or deep in a new anime. I’ve always loved getting lost in different worlds, and those stories tend to stick with me long after I’ve finished them.

Cosmic Crafts started as a fun little idea after I made a few bookmark hooks for my book club, and honestly, I just didn’t want to stop. It quickly turned into a way for me to bring pieces of those stories into real life and share them with other people who get it.

What began with book-inspired pieces has grown into a mix of bookmarks and reading accessories influenced by everything I love, including books, anime (thanks to Martin), and a few favorite artists along the way. Each piece is handmade, which means no two are exactly the same, and that’s part of the fun.

Cosmic Crafts is all about adding a little personality to your reading experience, something that feels like you and the stories you love.
